Woodland Stories & Illustrated Wellbeing
Tiggle the hedgehog didn't mean to become a therapist's spirit animal. But here we are.
This is the heart of my illustration work — a cast of woodland characters navigating anxiety, overwhelm, the pressure to be productive, the courage to be still. Rooted in my background as a trained Art Therapist, these illustrations use humour and warmth as a delivery mechanism for the harder truths: that slowing down isn't falling behind, that sitting with uncertainty is its own kind of brave, that sometimes you just need to look at the stars.
The work is for adults who recognise themselves in a hedgehog on a log at night, lantern in hand, wondering what comes next.
